In Cayambe, we have been hard at work on the construction of the second floor. The idea behind this construction is to provide needed office and storage space of our team of over 30 employees who make up the staff of the Home for At Risk Children, Prevention Program, Intervention Program and Public Health program. Additionally, the back part of the second floor will be used for the Forver Flowers Social Enterprise that we will soon be launching. Our staff has been stretched in not having adaquate office space these past couple of years to the point where you can see staff members diligently working on their laptops sitting at the dining room table next to a child from the Home enjoying a snack. We want to allow the children to have adequate space along with our staff so this construction is so needed.
