A Minga for Olimpia

Olimpia has been a loyal member of our Prevention Program the last three years. She is a tireless worker as she works hard every day washing clothes, doing her best to provide for her eight children as a single parent.

The staff in Cayambe love her very much and they try to do everything they can to support the beneficiaries of the project. They were able to collect some additional resources as well as receive some donations of building materials and were able to put those together to have enough to begin constructing a new house for her. You probably saw the images of her home in the video. The staff held a Minga to begin constructing the home for her. See some images of the Minga.
